Terms of Service
Effective: June 6, 2026
About these terms
These terms cover how you use Pulsort — both the Discord bot and the dashboard at pulsort.gg. By inviting the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to what is written below. We tried to keep this short and readable; if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
Who can use Pulsort
Pulsort is meant for personal Discord servers and community servers. You can install the bot on as many servers as you actually run — there is one bot install per Discord server.
We do not allow automation that mass-installs the bot, scripted account creation, or any setup designed only to inflate Pulsort's public counters.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on what you choose at checkout. Payments are processed by CryptoCloud, NOWPayments, LemonSqueezy or DonationAlerts — each has its own terms covering the actual money transfer.
Subscriptions renew automatically while you keep them active. You can disable auto-renew at any time in the dashboard; access stays valid until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it.
After the 7-day window, paid plans are non-refundable, with one exception: if the bot was provably broken on our side and unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will refund the affected period.
What you must not do
Do not use Pulsort to send spam, run phishing, or distribute malware. Do not use it to break the Discord Terms of Service or any law that applies to you.
Do not script-create Discord accounts, do not abuse multi-account flows to claim trials or coupons multiple times, and do not try to inflate metrics (giveaway entries, event attendance, leaderboard ranks) for personal benefit.
Service quality
Pulsort is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running reliably and to ship fixes quickly, but we cannot promise that every feature is bug-free or that the service will always be online.
We may push updates without notice. If you do not like a change, you are free to stop using the affected feature.
If we have to suspend a server
If a server breaks these rules — spam, abuse, scripted activity, inflated metrics — we may suspend Pulsort on that server. When that happens, we send a Discord DM to the server owner explaining what triggered the suspension so they can fix it or appeal.
If something goes wrong
Please open a ticket in our Discord server first (https://discord.gg/jKe9ctPsYP) so we can try to sort it out informally. Most issues we have had so far were solved this way.
If an informal resolution does not work, these terms are governed by the law applicable to the project owner's place of residence.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top of the page and announce the change in the Pulsort Discord community before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pulsort after the change means you accept the new version.
