Privacy Policy

Introduction

PULSORT ("Service", "we") provides a Discord-server management platform via the pulsort.gg website and the PULSORT Discord bot. This Policy describes what personal data we process, for what purposes, and how we manage it.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree — please do not use the Service.

Data controller

The data controller is the owner of the PULSORT project. For privacy inquiries use the email listed in the "Contact" section.

What data we collect

Via Discord OAuth (website sign-in): - Discord user ID, username, avatar - Email, if disclosed to Discord - List of guilds where you have Manage Guild permission

Via the Discord bot (on guilds where added): - Guild ID, name, icon, owner - IDs of channels and roles configured for modules - Moderation actions initiated by admins (mute, ban, warn, kick) - Ticket contents at the moment of closure (only if the Tickets module is enabled) - Events you RSVPed to (ID, timestamp, button) - Coin balance, if the Economy module is enabled - Audit log of actions, if Logging is enabled

Via billing (Stripe): - Email and payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we only receive the transaction status and ID

How we use the data

  • Authenticate the user on sign-in
  • Display module configurations and history to server admins
  • Perform bot functions (role assignment, economy, moderation, etc.)
  • Send system notifications (e.g. subscription expiring soon)
  • Billing and fraud prevention

We do not use data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

Third parties

We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service: - Discord — for all Discord API interactions - Stripe — for payment processing - Server hosting provider (Hetzner) - Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection

Each has its own Privacy Policy.

Where and how long we store data

Data is stored in PostgreSQL in an EU data center.

Retention: - User account — until deletion request - Ticket transcripts — up to 20 MB per ticket; auto-pruned beyond the limit - Audit logs — configurable per guild (no expiration by default) - Notifications — no expiration - Transactions — 7 years (legal requirement)

Your rights

You can: - Obtain a copy of all your data - Request correction of incorrect data - Request deletion of your account and all linked data (right to be forgotten) - Revoke Discord permissions for the application in Discord settings

Cookies

The site uses only functional cookies required for NextAuth authentication. No advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies expire 30 days after the last activity.

Minors

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years (or 16 in the EU). Discord enforces its own age restrictions. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Policy changes

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes are announced on the site and via system notification. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
