One Giveaway Across Five Servers: How PULSORT Cross-Server Events Work

Most bots lock a giveaway, event or tournament inside a single server. PULSORT runs them across several at once — one shared prize pool, one shared bracket, and each server gets its own announcement in its own channel. Here's how it works.

By PULSORT

A giveaway for 200 people is fun. A giveaway for a thousand, across five friendly servers at once, is an event people talk about. The problem: almost every bot lives inside one server — want a joint event with a neighbouring community and you're setting up the giveaway twice, merging entrants by hand, and hoping nobody won in both places.

PULSORT removes that wall. An event, giveaway or tournament can run across multiple servers as a single thing.

How it works

Every server in PULSORT has a short, unique tag — something like K42. To pull neighbours into a shared event, the owner turns on "Cross-server" mode and invites other servers by tag or ID. Their owners see the invite and accept it — invites last 24 hours, so stray ones don't linger forever.

Then the magic: each server gets its own announcement in its own channel, with its own role pings — but the entrants and the prize pool are shared. The announcement header shows how many servers are taking part.

What you can combine

  • Giveaways. One entrant pool across every server, one transparent winner draw.
  • Events. Joint events with role buttons and quotas — you can cap the seats per server individually.
  • Tournaments. One bracket across several communities: players sign up at home and compete in a single bracket.

The host stays in control

Cross-server doesn't mean throwing your server wide open. The host decides who to invite and can set a per-server seat quota. Cancel an event and entrants from other servers are automatically removed from the shared pool — no zombie entries. Invites expire after 24 hours.

Cross-server events are available on the PRO plan and up — on the free plan, events and giveaways run within a single server.
